On the bottom right of this box there is a hologram, it is nearly impossibe to photograph so you will have to take my word on it. Make sure no matter what you buy that it has the hologram on it and you get a recipt, always get a recipt even if you are just bying a couple of cigars this way it is harder for the workers to overcharge you. Never buy a box without a hologram sticker on it.
If you are purchasing more than 23 cigars, the law requires you to get a receipt indicating you have purchased the cigars from an authorized dealer. When you leave Cuba, they are checking for this and/or the hologram sticker on the cigar box at the airport. If you are missing one, your cigars will be confiscated. You will also need to present your passport when making this cigar purchase. Also note that for any purchases made with a credit card (US bank issued cards are not accepted), you will be required to present your passport(but not usually within your resort).

This is the recipt for a box of Double Corona Cohibas.

Here is a great book to read before going on a buying spree. I have found the descriptions of the cigars that I have tried to very reliable. The book's description of the Hoyo Double Corona was dead on and the pictures are great too!

A brand new 50 cabinet of Hoyo de monterrey Double Coronas
All the stickers are there, most important is the clear one with the hologram on it. You can't see the hologram on the sticker but the sticker is the one right below the word Cabinet.
